Coronavirus in Latin America has spread with a lag of several weeks vs. the rest of the world with most documented confirmed cases starting the first week of March. Many countries in Latin America have already established severe social distancing and lockdowns so hopefully with the benefit of early measures, the spread of the virus has the potential of being more controlled but of course it is too early to know. The data comes from the World Health Organization which lags a couple of days and I updated it frequently.
